Michael L. Mahoney

Founder & President

Michael L. Mahoney is founder and president of Michael L. Mahoney, P.C. Mr. Mahoney is a lifelong Massachusetts resident and is admitted to the Federal District Courts of Massachusetts and Connecticut. 

He has had over 27 years of trial experience.  He has also been practicing Environmental Law since 1995.  His experiences in this area include: hazardous waste liability, underground storage tank liability, and agency enforcement.

 

Michael has represented a multitude of clients in court ranging from insurance companies, private corporations, and individuals, to licensed site professionals, environmental contractors, and individuals adversely impacted by hazardous waste contamination.  He has prosecuted and defended many employment discrimination cases for more than 17 years.  He has also successfully defended employers in many M.G.L. c. 152 § 28 cases. 

 

Michael has successfully prosecuted and defended innumerable construction accident cases, and successfully tried dozens of jury trials in MA; [ME, CT, RI and NY pro hac vice] 

To this day,  Michael has maintained a strong connection to Georgetown University, formerly serving on the Board of Advisors of the Alumni Admissions Program.
